








Definition of bylaws
The bylaws stated herein serve as a code of rules and guidelines adopted by Mini Persuasions, LLC. Mini Persuasions Auto Club, LLC. Mini Persuasions NFP Corp.
The primary aim of this club is to bring people together in the mini-truckin events. This entitles going to cruises, shows, and any other events that may be club related.
General Structure
The LLC is a “for profit” entity, which will act as operator of Mini Persuasions Auto Club, LLC. Mini Persuasions, LLC. regarding events, the website, and social media presence; and/or the sale of any goods with the names Mini Persuasions Auto Club, LLC. Mini Persuasions, LLC. and/or any modified versions of these names that exist now or in the future. Mini Persuasions NFP Corp. is a not for profit division of the LLC for charity.
The LLC:
Mini Persuasions, LLC. Mini Persuasions Auto Club, LLC. Mini Persuasions is solely owned and operated by Issac Duckett. Issac Duckett is the acting President of Mini Persuasions and owner and operator of Mini Persuasions.com. There are no appointed officers or members with official titles that have been obtained through the voting by their peers. The following members are volunteers and have been assembled by the LLC as a brain trust for feedback, guidance, and support for the well-being of The Club. In addition, the members stated below will aid, as a council, when a clear answer may not be easily obtained, or guidance is requested by the President of The Club. Instances such as, and not limited to, the vetting of new members, the removal of members, to act as mediators in the event there is a dispute or issue that arises, guidance on actions to take during an event, etc. In most cases the feedback of the majority will be used to guide decisions made by the President of the Club. No official Club decisions or Contracts can be signed or negotiated by anyone other than the Clubs President.

The list of individuals above are not permanent and can change at any time for any reason. If this situation arises, this operating agreement will be updated to reflect any major changes. Any member may choose to no longer be a member of the club at any time.
The President shall appoint any committee thought necessary for the good and welfare of The Club. The President will preside over all meetings called for and will act as leader to any functions or activities held by the club or any other club requesting attendance. The President and the club council will seek ways to help build membership, create ideas, and help promote and maintain interest for and by its members. The President shall also be responsible to plan and oversee the budget of the club funds.
NAME AND LOGO
The name of this organization shall be Mini Persuasions. Mini P is also a recognized name for Mini Persuasions . For the purposes of this document the “Club” is recognized as referring to Mini Persuasions.
The logo at the top of this document is a representation of the Club logo and made a part of the bylaws.
The use of any Club Logo, T-shirts, jackets, or other commodities such as Club discounts shall be limited to active members and their immediate family.
All logos must be approved and will be provided by the President or an officer assigned by the President.
Logos must be on a vehicle within 30 days of being voted in.
If you leave Mini Persuasions, you have 30 days to remove your logo. If you are kicked out you have 7 days to remove your logo. If it is not removed at that time Mini Persuasions reserves the right to personally remove it.
Supreme Law
The by-laws of this club shall be governed by all of the officers and club members. All laws are to be followed unless amended into our by-laws.
Charter A Missouri and southern Illoinios does not have membership due requirements. Other charters must pay a yearly licensing fee and it is up to that charter if they have membership dues.
Petitioning members are new members that want to become an active member. They will receive a petitioner logo at their 1st meeting or function. After 90 days and at their third meeting they will be eligible to be voted in if their vehicle meets our classified bylaws. If they are still working on their vehicle they can stay a petitioning member until their vehicle meets our classified bylaws.
Active members are current members that have been voted in or brought in before the bylaws were completed that have a current show vehicle and have attended three meetings or functions within the first six months of the club.
Honorary (OG) members are past members of the club from the 90's. All honorary members with a current show vehicle that meets our classified bylaws are eligible to become an immediate active member by attending a club meeting and requesting a logo. All honorary members that no longer have a eligible vehicle will be honored on the web page and can be members on the Facebook group page and attend meetings as long as they do not belong to another car club and are wanting to support the current club and do not break our bylaws.
Once a member drops out of the club they can not attend meetings or be on the Facebook group page.
The approval of our by-laws shall be kept as a majority vote of the club. The by-laws shall be enforced starting the day they are voted in.
All voting of the club shall be a majority vote by current active members. Honorary members' opinions will also be considered if there is a tie vote. The President only votes to break a tie or veto.
When officers/board of directors or other club members are talking, please be considerate. There will be one warning, after that you will be told to leave the meeting.
ANY violations of the rules may result in a warning, suspension, or immediate removal from the Club.
Chapter leadership is expected to enforce rules regarding their club chapter.
The board members reserve the right to make any final decisions regarding any club issues.
Caravan
A caravan consists of three or more club vehicles.
Leaving a caravan will not be tolerated unless an officer gives the ok.
You must go the speed limit or with the flow of traffic at all times. No snaking, changing position, or cutting people off, members or others on the road. Members must let other vehicles pass in and out of caravans with no hassle. No littering while in a caravan.
An officer will lead and be at the end of the caravan, unless an officer permits someone to be in front.
Requirements
All petitioning members must attend three meetings and one club function in a row to qualify, unless they have been excused.
There must be at least three major modifications to your vehicle and a two inch height modification. Major modifications include paint, tint, wheels, custom stereo, spoiler.
